Torsion bars are used on Go-Karts to provide a performance advantage whilst cornering. Normally these are made from steel, however given the use of composites in Motorsports such as formula 1. Is it feasible to create a carbon fibre torsion bar and how will it perform against the steel.

As of time of writing, carbon fibre bar still to be produced. FEA work to be started within next 2 weeks beginning with the production of a 3D on solid-works
